Cancellations

  • We have a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy. If less than 24-hour notice is given 50% of the service fee will be charged. 100% service fee will be charged for no shows.

  • You will receive a text reminder 48 hours before all scheduled services to allow you enough time to reschedule or cancel. In return, we promise to be on time for your appointment and give you our undivided attention.

  • Please be considerate with your cancellation notice. By giving little or no notice to cancel it leaves other clients who would love to book difficulty finding a spot.

  • If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

COVID CANCELATION: Due to the effort to reduce transmission of COVID-19, the cancellation fee will be waived for clients who cancel due to symptoms of cold/flu


Late Arrivals

  • Clients 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and charged 100% of their appointment fee. Please be in contact ASAP to prevent such events. In respect of other clients, appointments will finish on time and no delays will be made to accommodate missed appointment time.

  • All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. Self-care sessions will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment, and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.


Refills 

We do not perform refills on other artists work. The following may determine whether you are an ideal candidate for Eyelash Extensions:

  • Allergic/ sensitive to glue or bandaids.

  • Chemotherapy (within 6 months).

  • Thyroid Medication.

  • Eye surgery within 6 months.

  • Must remove contacts.

  • Extremely oily skin & hair.

  • 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

  • Eye infections/ irritations


Guarantee

We pride ourselves on giving our clients the best possible customer service. Unfortunately, no ‘change of mind’ refunds are offered, your payment covers products used and the time of your lash artist. 

If you have any concerns with the service you have received, please contact ANEW Beauty within 3 calendar days. A complimentary touch-up appointment (30 mins) may be issued if deemed necessary but it must be booked within 5 days of your original appointment. If you are unhappy with the results of your appointment, we encourage you to communicate this with us, as we endeavour to give you the best results possible.

In the rare case of an allergy, you will be offered a complimentary lash removal.
